F$%!in' magnets--how do they work?- Loading Ready Run's Cthulhu sketch
- This is rambly and meandering. Just a fair warning.
- The villain in The Following is Joe Carroll, not Jonathan Carroll.
- I PROMISE I won't keep bringing up the rabbit dinner moment after this. Hopefully.
- I lied when I said we covered all of the movies on my list. I wrote down the Scary Movie series and completely overlooked it by accident.
- A comment from Fio's timestamps:
- 19:14 - I was going to say this, then forgot about it. In an interview, Joss once said something about how everything you needed to know about Buffy was already in the title, “Buffy” being an inherently comical name, “Vampire” representing the horror the show was engaging with and “Slayer” promising a sort of high-stakes action. I’ve been digging through google and can’t find the direct quote, though.
- I think I may have actually heard about Warm Bodies on the Made of Fail podcast. Whatever.
- There are a LOT of horror comedies we didn't talk about or dig into, but as always, we love to hear from you guys! What are your favorite horror comedies--and are there any you'd like to hear us discuss on future podcasts?
- Fio forgot to mention the email. It's amatteroftastepodcast at gmail.com.
